In his 20+ years in the real estate industry, he has worked for some of the nation's most recognized homebuilders, including Pulte/Del Webb, NVR, KB Home, and William Ryan Homes. This phase of his career saw him developing sales professionals at both regional and national levels with 1:1 training, small group workshops, and a mentor for sales trainers.

His move to the executive team at 55places.com grew Todd’s expertise in the 55+ active adult market, building relationships with real estate agents, national and regional brokerages, and homebuilders to generate over $13 billion in transactions. He built a sales organization of 700+ partner real estate agents, a team of sales directors and support staff, and a call center that eventually led to interest from private equity companies, concluding with an initial investment round in 2019.

Over the last ten years, Todd has harnessed deep-seated relationships to develop partnerships with some of the best homebuilders, developers, and mortgage companies in the business, including Pulte, Del Webb, Margaritaville Holdings, Minto Communities, Shea Homes (Trilogy), Kolter Homes, DR Horton, Mutual Mortgage, Fairway Mortgage, and many others.
